A Thoughtful Approach to Talking Therapy
Beacon Bay Therapy provides a calm, supportive talking therapy service grounded in a Person-Centred Experiential (PCE) approach. This form of therapy sits within the humanistic tradition and is informed by the principles of Carl Rogers, placing emphasis on the therapeutic relationship.
Therapy sessions offer space to explore emotional experiences, physical sensations, and personal meanings as they arise in the present moment. Through approaches such as focusing and emotion-based work, clients are supported to develop deeper self-understanding and to relate to their experiences with greater clarity and compassion.
Working Together in Therapy
Beacon Bay Therapy offers both face-to-face and online sessions, allowing clients to choose the format that best suits their needs and circumstances.
In-person sessions are available at established therapy practices in Finchley, Hampstead, and Highgate, providing accessible and confidential spaces for therapeutic work. Online sessions are also offered, enabling continuity and flexibility for those who prefer to attend remotely.
Regardless of the setting, therapy is approached with care, consistency, and respect for each client’s pace and process.
